Talent Acquisition Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Manager to build and scale the operational backbone of their recruiting function.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain efficient, scalable recruiting workflows from requisition to onboarding
• Manage and optimize the applicant tracking system and related tools
• Develop dashboards and reports to track key recruiting KPIs and improve efforts

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in talent operations or HR systems administration, preferably in a startup or hypergrowth environment
• Expertise in managing ATS platforms and related tools
• Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Excel or Google Sheets
• Experience with process automation and operational efficiency
• Prior experience in cybersecurity, SaaS, or technical hiring environments is a strong plus
