Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre Registration Specialist to perform registration and basic insurance verification for patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform registration and basic insurance verification to ensure accurate patient identification and billing
• Update patient demographic information in the patient accounting system according to departmental policies
• Educate patients on insurance issues and secure payment of their financial liabilities

Required Qualifications

• Two years of experience in a professional, customer service-driven environment preferred
• Experience in telephone/call center settings
• Preferred experience in pre-registration and/or scheduling
• Ability to work in a production-driven call-center environment
• Proficient in MS Office with fast and accurate typing skills
