Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Care Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from patients and caregivers regarding nutrition therapy order status
• Process prescription changes and verify patient demographics and insurance information
• Triaging calls to various departments and updating electronic medical records

Required Qualifications

• Minimum one year experience in a customer service environment
• Experience with data entry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word
• High School diploma or GED
