Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Advocate Triage I (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and release a high volume of cases efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Analyze received documents to determine how they work together for coverage
  • Support Patient Advocate teams with current information and complete routine tasks with minimal supervision
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent with at least 1 year of relevant experience, or an associate or bachelor's degree
  • Knowledge of clinical lab systems and/or customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus
  • Comprehensive understanding and use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, often under pressure
  • Capability to analyze details and case completeness effectively
