We’re looking for a Part-Time Graphic Designer to join our team and bring our brand visuals and campaigns to life. This is a remote but live collaboration role, where we’ll be working together in real time to design, revise, and finalize marketing materials.
Job Details:
• Position: Part-Time Graphic Designer
• Compensation: $20–$25 per hour (based on experience)
• Schedule:
• 2 hours in the morning between 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM Pacific Time
• 1 hour in the evening between 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM Pacific Time
• Live work required during scheduled hours with screen sharing for real-time feedback and revisions
• Total: 3 hours/day, Monday–Friday
Responsibilities:
Design print and digital marketing materials: flyers, posters, email templates, cards, social media graphics
• Create promotional content for provider offices, events, and merchandise
• Collaborate directly with team leads for fast, clear design feedback
• Ensure all work is brand-aligned, timely, and production-ready
• ️ Requirements:
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Illustrator
Portfolio of marketing and print-ready design work
• Strong understanding of layout, color, typography, and branding
• Responsive and communicative during working hours
• Experience in healthcare or startup environments is a plus
• Additional Notes:
• This is a live working role — you will be expected to share your screen during scheduled hours so we can collaborate and provide revisions in real-time.
