Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior UX Designer to drive growth through optimized user experiences on their Subscriptions platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive UX strategy for subscription growth initiatives, identifying friction points and optimization opportunities
• Develop and socialize a vision for mobile web subscription experiences
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Commercial teams to define and track growth metrics

Qualifications

• 5+ years of UX design experience with demonstrated impact on growth metrics
• Strong portfolio showcasing subscription/conversion optimization work
• Experience designing for mobile web and responsive experiences
• Experience in A/B testing and experiment-driven design
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
