Our Client Success Center operates 8am-7pm in each time zone (minus Hawaii). This requires us to be open 8am EST to 10pm EST. We are excited to announce that we are looking for a Part Time Client Success Manager to join our team at Webb Property Inspections. As a Client Success Manager, you will manage the full client journey from inquiry to post inspection needs. You will be responsible for managing multiple client accounts and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Our ideal candidate is coach-able, naturally empathetic, has excellent communication and time management skills, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has real estate industry experience.
\nHiring Needs
\n• (1 person) 4pm – 8pm *M-F
These hours are the minimum for the position. The northern part of the US real estate industry gets slow during the winter, so we like to show you the hours you can count on. In the spring and fall you can volunteer for additional hours. In the Summer you can volunteer for as many hours as you desire and our call volume can allot for (normally 35+ if you desire).
\nResponsibilities
\n• Serve as the main point of contact to develop and maintain relationships with clients and agents
\n• Provide compassion and expertise to new and repeat clients or agents to assist them in reaching their inspection goals
\n• Over time you will develop and maintain an agent and investor book of business where you’re responsible for client health and repeat business. This book of business is grown organically. As agents and investors begin to trust in your abilities to provide outstanding service to them and their clients.
\n• Ensure clients get fast time-to-value and are engaged with the process
\n• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
\n• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about company products and services.
Requirements:
\n• Real estate or construction industry experience preferred (at any level)
\n• Reliable cell phone, high speed internet, and computer
\n• Organizational and process skills are essential
\n• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n• Experience in a client-facing role is preferred
\n• Be a problem solver and advocate for clients
\n• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
\n• Must be comfortable NOT being micro-managed
