Paralegal Contracts Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Paralegal Contracts Specialist to manage the full lifecycle of contracts essential to research and collaboration activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various legal agreements including CDAs, MTAs, and MSAs
• Support legal and scientific teams in executing agreements with external partners
• Maintain the contract management system and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Paralegal certification preferred
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences
• Familiarity with pre-clinical research operations and regulatory environments
• Experience with contract lifecycle management systems
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
