Key Responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of digital marketing buyers or strategists
• Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of integrated digital marketing campaigns
• Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights for improvement

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads
• Agency experience is highly preferred
• Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Fluency in English is required; German language skills are a plus
