Key Responsibilities

• Represent the Lifecycle Marketing team and manage campaign performance for assigned products
• Identify and prioritize high-impact customer communication opportunities while managing project backlogs
• Supervise Lifecycle Marketing Specialists in executing multi-channel campaigns and reporting on performance

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing or strategic marketing roles, with supervisory experience preferred
• Strong understanding of customer marketing strategies and email marketing best practices
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and adaptability to new technologies
• Solid analytical skills to assess campaign performance and identify improvement opportunities
• Proven success in collaborating with cross-functional teams to solve business problems
