OSS Solution Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for an OSS Solution Architect to design and oversee end-to-end OSS solutions for telecom networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into architectural blueprints for OSS systems
• Guide the development and implementation teams, ensuring architectural integrity and adherence to best practices
• Create and manage detailed program plans, timelines, and roadmaps

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 14+ years of experience in telecom OSS domain, with at least 5 years in a technical architect role
• Strong understanding of OSS domains
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments
• Familiarity with telecom network domains: IP, transport, RAN, 5G, SDN/NFV
