Key Responsibilities

• Perform follow-up on outstanding insurance balances and document account activity
• Make outbound calls to insurance payers and handle incoming correspondence regarding claims
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to collections

Required Qualifications

• Education: H.S. Diploma or GED
• Experience: 0-2 years in medical collections, accounts receivable, billing, or healthcare revenue cycle operations
• Preferred Education: Associate's Degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or related field
• Preferred Experience: Working with insurance follow-up and claim resolution in a healthcare setting
