Remote opportunity for WELL QUALIFIED Pharmacy Technician who lives in Maryland.

Pay : $18.00 – $21.00 per hour

Shift : Monday-Friday and every other weekend from 2 : 30pm-11pm or 10pm-6 : 30am. This role requires 1st shift training for 5 weeks.

What you will do :

As an Order Entry Pharmacy Technician with Remedi SeniorCare, you’ll play a crucial role in our pharmacy operations. Your responsibilities will include swiftly and accurately entering prescriptions into our Remedi SeniorCare Framework / DocuTrack pharmacy system. Additionally, you’ll communicate with customers over the phone, providing quick and courteous responses to their needs.

Under the guidance of a pharmacist and in compliance with State law, Order Entry Pharmacy Technicians will be responsible for :
• Efficient order entry and follow-up
• Troubleshooting prescription / patient data entry discrepancies
• Ensuring accurate and timely prescription / patient information input
• Collaborating with Order Entry leadership to meet department goals
• Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders

What you will bring :
• High School graduate or equivalent
• Current national / state pharmacy certification and State Board of Pharmacy registration
• Strong computer skills
• Thorough understanding of medical terminology and drug knowledge
• Math and analytical skills, with a focus on calculations
• Minimum of two (2) years working in a long-term care pharmacy preferred
• Framework experience is preferred
