Operations Trainer and QA

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Trainer and QA.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom and virtual training for new hires and ongoing training as needed
• Develop and maintain training materials, including educational resources and job aids
• Perform quality audits on operations staff work and provide recommendations for improvement

Required Qualifications

• 3 years of experience training on accounts receivable processes in healthcare revenue cycle
• Experience with various host systems and provider portals (e.g., EPIC, Cerner)
• Experience as a quality auditor in a related field
• Artiva system experience preferred
• Knowledge of hospital and physician revenue cycle operations
