Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Specialist - Member Support Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist members in troubleshooting treatment-related issues
• Manage the Member Support Services Zoom Call Center and ensure timely responses to member inquiries
• Maintain accurate records in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and support operations for RX Assistance Groups

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
• Experience in a virtual environment and familiarity with related technologies
• Spanish-speaking ability is highly preferred
• Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and proficiency in Excel and Google Apps
