Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Data Analyst II to conduct analysis supporting operations within the Claims department.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and analyze reports using relational databases and tools like MS Excel and Tableau
• Audit vendor and provider contracts to ensure correct payments and assess financial impacts
• Collaborate with various departments to implement new programs and identify cost-saving opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred
• Minimum of two years of experience in the health insurance or healthcare provider industry
• Two years of experience using data analysis tools such as SAS, MS SQL, or other business intelligence tools
• Experience with healthcare billing and claims data
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office products
