Key Responsibilities

• Establish organizational data and tech goals, providing quarterly status reports
• Monitor supporter data, list health, and oversee the optimization of email and fundraising programs
• Manage the organization's technical ecosystem, including software and data flows, while ensuring cybersecurity measures are in place

Required Qualifications

• Deep commitment to anti-racist feminism and gender justice
• 8 years of experience managing data and technology programs, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Minimum of 5 years experience in CRM management, focusing on email optimization and list health
• Experience managing budgets and negotiating vendor contracts
• Proven ability to implement organizational goals for mission-driven initiatives
