Job Summary

A company is looking for a Regional Recall Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate the correction of medical devices for multiple recall projects, including customer notifications and project logistics coordination
• Provide ongoing communications between sales, project managers, and customers while managing customer expectations
• Ensure all resource requirements are met for the safe and effective remediation of affected pumps

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
• Understanding of clinical environments and technical staff in hospital settings preferred
• Strong project leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Intermediate IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, SharePoint)
• Able to sit and/or stand for extended periods of time
