Key Responsibilities

• Conduct Medicaid eligibility, authorization, billing, and follow-up functions
• Submit authorization requests and claims to Medicaid payers, ensuring timely resolution and payment
• Maintain accurate account documentation and respond to client inquiries within 24 hours

Qualifications and Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of related experience in the healthcare industry
• Working knowledge of ICD9, CPT codes, HIPAA, HCPCS, and Medicaid preferred
• Required computer skills, including data entry and proficiency in MS Office applications
• Ability to work remotely with a home internet connection meeting company criteria
