Overnight Customer Care Specialist – Chat Support (Entry Level)

Navigate the nocturnal niche of customer service as an Overnight Customer Care Specialist. In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure that customer inquiries are addressed with precision and empathy during the overnight hours. What you will be doing:

You will be required to reply to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts.

Rate:

$35 per hour.

Requirements:

You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connectivity. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.

Skills/background needed:

These are entry level chat support roles, so comprehensive training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before.

Location:

Remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
