Adjunct Faculty, Human Resources

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Adjunct Faculty in Human Resource Management for a remote, part-time position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality instruction utilizing professional expertise and a pre-designed curriculum
• Be available for student support and feedback within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays
• Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and other university-related activities as required

Required Qualifications:

• Doctoral degree in Human Resource Management or a related business field required
• Three years of teaching experience preferred
• Minimum of two years of professional experience in the discipline for undergraduate level; three years for graduate level
• SHRM certification preferred
• All degrees must be conferred from a regionally accredited institution
