Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to manage customer onboarding processes and provide virtual support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the customers' Getting Started Journey
  • Conduct 1:1 virtual follow-up sessions to ensure understanding of learning content
  • Assist customers in recognizing the value of their purchased platform(s)
Required Qualifications
  • 1+ years of experience in SaaS CRM onboarding and training
  • Experience serving as the primary contact between internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Technical proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly
  • Experience with Excel for reviewing and troubleshooting customer data import files
