• Provide superior, empathetic customer service by phone, chat, and email
• Accurately explain healthcare and pension benefit information in simple terms
• Use internal systems and documentation to resolve client inquiries

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Previous call center or customer service experience (preferred, not required)
• Bilingual? Spanish or French speakers can earn an additional $0.75/hr (must be fluent)
