Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Manager for Climbing Gym Software.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding process and manage the Order-to-Cash lifecycle
• Serve as the primary point of contact during client onboarding, conducting discovery calls and managing timelines
• Coordinate data imports and oversee account setup and product enablement

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years in onboarding, implementation, or operations within a SaaS or tech company
• Experience with order-to-cash or billing systems
• Experience coordinating data imports or system configuration
• Familiarity with CRM and onboarding tools
• Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
