Job Summary

A company is looking for an Onboarding Manager to join their Power & Renewables Customer Success team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and facilitate the onboarding and implementation process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition from pre-sales to post-sales
• Design and execute customized onboarding plans tailored to client workflows and business goals
• Track onboarding progress, address gaps, and communicate status to internal stakeholders using Salesforce and other reporting tools

Required Qualifications

• Experience in onboarding and implementation within customer success
• Proven ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM tools
• Familiarity with the power and renewables sector is a plus
• Experience with the company's products is highly desirable
