Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telephonic Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform initial and ongoing clinical assessments via telephone to evaluate injured workers' needs
  • Communicate effectively and build relationships with various stakeholders involved in the case
  • Identify and address issues related to recovery and return to work, negotiating treatment and disability duration with providers
Required Qualifications
  • Current unrestricted RN license in a state or territory of the United States
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Certification in case management, rehabilitation nursing, or a related specialty is highly preferred
  • Experience in managing complex medical conditions and treatment planning
  • Knowledge of medical and disability duration guidelines
