Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Certified Pharmacy Technician (CARE).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a phone-based environment
• Process prescription information accurately and efficiently while performing claim adjudication and auditing duties
• Act as a liaison between clinical pharmacists and medical professionals, assisting with patient onboarding and inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• High school diploma or GED
• Prior experience in a pharmacy setting
• Certification from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the National Health Association (NHA)
• Current pharmacy technician registration with the State Board of Pharmacy
