Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations and one year of recruitment experience, or
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field and two years of recruitment experience, or
Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field and four years of recruitment experience, or
High School Diploma and ten years of recruitment experience
Preferred certifications include PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP
