Senior OD Specialist

iSchool is an innovative EdTech platform providing cutting-edge educational technology to young students. As a Senior Organizational Development (OD) Specialist at iSchool, you will play a crucial role in driving organizational effectiveness and supporting our company's growth and development.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to design and implement strategies and programs that enhance employee engagement, talent development, and overall organizational performance. Your expertise in organizational development principles and practices will be instrumental in creating a positive and high-performing work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to assess organizational needs and develop strategic initiatives and interventions.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate talent development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
  • Facilitate change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and successful implementation of organizational changes.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and develop strategies to foster a positive work culture.
  • Lead the development and implementation of performance management processes.
  • Utilize data and analytics to identify trends and insights and make data-driven recommendations for organizational improvement.
  • Provide coaching and training to managers and employees on leadership, communication, and other relevant skills.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in organizational development and apply them to drive continuous improvement.
  • 5 years of experience in organizational development, talent management, or related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of organizational development theories, methodologies, and practices.
  • Experience in designing and implementing talent development programs and initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Experience in change management and facilitating organizational change initiatives.
  • Professional certifications in organizational development or related areas are a plus.
