Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nuclear Plant Integration Engineer for a remote, contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Support integration, oversight, and coordination of nuclear island plant design with licensing and configuration management efforts
• Collaborate with various design engineering disciplines and develop plant level integration design deliverables
• Provide technical and administrative design and regulatory support for the nuclear plant

Required Qualifications and Education

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in nuclear facility design or operation
• BS degree in a relevant engineering discipline (nuclear, chemical, mechanical, or electrical engineering) or a Senior Reactor Operators license
• Working understanding of NRC regulations and prior interaction with NRC staff is desirable
• Experience working to quality standards on design activities, such as ASME NQA-1 or ISO 9001
• Ability to work effectively with geographically distributed teams and demonstrate leadership in cross-functional collaboration
