Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead RN Clinical Educator.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operations to optimize efficiencies and reduce errors in workflows and project management
• Develop innovative patient education strategies and collaborate with team members and leadership
• Oversee the development of research proposals and performance improvement projects related to patient education

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Master's in nursing or an education plan to achieve a Master's degree within five years of hire
• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred
• Three years of clinical experience required
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in the relevant state
• Must obtain and maintain required department-specific competencies and certifications
