A company is looking for a Tax Supervisor to manage payroll tax processes and supervise staff in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate document entry, streamline processes, and provide effective reporting in an outsourced payroll environment
• Lead team activities to ensure high-quality process execution and manage timely tax filings to IRS and NY state agencies
• Provide oversight, guidance, and training to staff while ensuring processes are audit-ready

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years of management/supervisor experience in multi-state payroll tax
• Experience in staff development and training
• Ability to assess staffing needs and implement growth plans
• Remote work capability with NY State residency required
