Key Responsibilities

• Draft and analyze leases, focusing on office space agreements
• Conduct due diligence and assist with mergers and acquisitions

Required Qualifications

• Experience in real estate law, particularly lease drafting and analysis
• Familiarity with mergers and acquisitions processes
• Knowledge of environmental, social, and governance issues
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active attorney license in the relevant jurisdiction
