Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contract Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.

Key Responsibilities

• Treat patients in the state(s) of licensure
• Conduct initial Psychiatric Diagnosis Interview Examinations and Evaluation & Management sessions
• Use the platform to conduct video call sessions, submit clinical documentation, and manage patient treatment plans

Required Qualifications

• Active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license in New York state
• 2+ years of prescribing experience
• Active DEA and individual NPI number
• Submission of a fully completed, signed CAQH application
• Independent liability insurance with minimum coverage of $1 million occurrence/$3 million aggregate
