Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contract Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
Key Responsibilities
- Treat patients within the state(s) of licensure
- Conduct initial Psychiatric Diagnosis Interview Examinations and Evaluation & Management sessions
- Utilize the platform for video sessions, clinical documentation, and patient treatment management
Required Qualifications
- Active Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) license in Nevada
- Minimum of 2 years prescribing experience
- Active DEA and individual NPI number
- Submission of a completed, signed CAQH application
- Independent liability insurance with specified coverage amounts
