A company is looking for a Network Operations Center Director to oversee a team supporting the North American segment of the Rolls-Royce network.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage an eight-person team to ensure effective network operations
• Oversee continuous network monitoring and manage after-hours support for high availability
• Develop strategies to optimize network reliability and address potential issues proactively

Required Qualifications

• US Citizenship required
• Ability to obtain an interim Secret clearance or higher prior to start
• Undergraduate/bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Minimum 12 years of experience in network operations
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role managing a team of network professionals
