Network Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Network Operations Analyst to ensure high standards in network management through quality checks and training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct on-the-spot training sessions and develop tailored training materials
  • Perform regular quality checks and audits, documenting and reporting quality issues
  • Utilize ServiceNow and Excel for tracking, reporting, and analyzing quality performance
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a QA/QC role focused on training and development
  • Preferred background in networking and IT, with Network+ or beginner CCNA knowledge
  • Experience with ServiceNow or other enterprise-level ticketing systems
  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, including pivot tables and data manipulation
  • Good understanding of ITIL framework and operations processes
