Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead QA Engineer to oversee their QA function and lead a team of quality engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers testing across multiple application teams
• Define and enforce QA best practices and standards throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Establish quality metrics and provide regular reporting to engineering and executive leadership

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong background in test automation frameworks such as Playwright or TypeScript
• Proven experience leading QA efforts in agile product development environments
• Deep understanding of API testing and backend validation techniques
• Familiarity with CI/CD systems and their integration with automated tests
