NDC Purchase Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an NDC Purchase Specialist responsible for managing files in the NDC purchase pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Balance and replicate lender's final closing disclosures to match their closing files
• Run Mavent and check files for compliance
• Ensure all files are purchased within service level agreements and assist in resolving Post Closing QC findings

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred prior closing/title experience in balancing closing disclosures
• 2 years or more of work experience in the mortgage industry
