Navy Qualified Validator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Navy Qualified Validator (remote/hybrid).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the technical implementation of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) for Assess Only and Assessment and Authorization services
• Conduct cybersecurity and risk assessments on Platform Information Technology (PIT) and control systems to identify and mitigate vulnerabilities
• Perform duties of an NQV Level II, including completing workflow steps in eMASS and developing RMF artifacts

Required Qualifications

• BA or BS degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related technical discipline
• 5 or more years of experience with DoD Security Control Assessments and Risk Management Framework (RMF)
• Familiarity with vulnerability scanning tools and Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs)
• IAT Level 2 certification or higher and Navy Qualified Validator Certification (NQV) Level II in good standing
• Active DoD government security clearance required
