Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality, patient-centered virtual care in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain patient histories, conduct virtual exams, evaluate and diagnose conditions, and recommend treatment plans
• Deliver patient care targeting common chronic conditions while adapting to changes in processes and practices
• Communicate effectively with other providers and provide feedback on improving care quality and operational processes

Required Qualifications

• Active, in good standing, state licensure in a minimum of 20 states, with Full Practice Authority preferred
• Current national certification in family practice through a recognized certification body
• 3+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in family practice, primary care, or urgent care
• Ability to work some nights and weekends
• Above-average comfort with technology and assisting patients with technical difficulties
