Shift Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

This position will consist of Legal Operations support. Duties include Litigation Copy/Print work, Office Supply Management, Conference/Breakroom Maintenance, Front Desk Support and as needed/Mail-Shipping duties. Candidates should be able to work with little supervision. Requires high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of experience in a related field. Requires experience in delivering classroom and/or informal training sessions. Requires experience in operation of the most advanced machines, performing complex jobs. Requires experience in setting goals by defining and prioritizing specific, realistic objectives. Good organizational skills. Ability to effectively set goals, lead and train employees. Good technical skills and ability to use complex machinery. Ability to remain updated on current technology and trends in the marketplace by reading relevant journals, magazines and newspapers.

Candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.
