Key Responsibilities

• Prepare closing documents and fund residential loans while ensuring compliance with regulations
• Review and coordinate title documents and underwriting requirements to facilitate timely loan closings
• Maintain communication with title companies, processors, and internal staff throughout the funding process

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of relevant experience in mortgage lending
• Thorough knowledge of mortgage lending guidelines and title documentation
• Experience with Encompass preferred
• Proficient in computer skills within a Windows environment
