Key Responsibilities

• Conduct statistical and qualitative analysis to identify effective sales leads and methods
• Develop and present data visualizations and actionable recommendations to stakeholders
• Create and manage reporting to track sales funnel performance and pilot projects

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in mortgage sales and originations
• 3-5 years' experience in an analytics role such as decision science or data science
• BS in a quantitative discipline or equivalent professional experience
• Understanding of structured data and data warehouse concepts
• Statistical analysis and modeling experience
