• Develop and lead activities to achieve strategic department goals and communicate these to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a data-related field
• 8+ years of data analysis experience, preferably in healthcare
• Advanced SQL and Microsoft Access skills, with knowledge of relational databases and data reporting tools
• Understanding of health insurance business and claims payment procedures
• Master's degree and supervisory experience preferred
