Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Resolution Loss Mitigation Analyst II (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with company policies, investor guidelines, and regulatory requirements in processing mortgage resolution functions
• Collaborate with various departments to resolve customer issues and maintain a customer-centric approach in mortgage resolution efforts
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes, providing feedback on policies and procedures as needed

Required Qualifications and Experience

• 3+ years of experience in loan assumption and loss mitigation closing activities
• 3+ years of experience in quality control activities related to mortgage servicing
• Deep understanding of FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, and USDA guidelines
• Loan origination closing experience is preferred
• Highly organized and results-driven, with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
