A company is looking for a Post Closer to join their Post-Closing department.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and package credit and legal documentation for delivery to relevant parties
• Receive, audit, and follow up on closing package documents with title companies
• Input data into investor delivery systems and ensure data integrity prior to transmission

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school
• One to two years of related experience in mortgage banking
• Excellent organizational skills
