• Research and resolve routine to complex issues to provide superior customer service

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of insurance experience
• Commercial insurance industry experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to perform basic mathematical computations
