Key Responsibilities

• Oversee local billing operations and ensure compliance with regulations impacting the department
• Monitor daily transactions, financial accountability, and report variances to the Director
• Facilitate staff training, performance feedback, and establish accountability for assigned duties

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school graduate or equivalent
• 5 years of healthcare experience, including billing and coding
• AAPC certification
• Preferred: Associate's degree or higher
• Preferred: 2 years of management experience
