Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Consultant I (Virtual, United States).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an active pipeline of loan applications to maximize loan closings and ensure excellent customer service
• Gather loan application data and build consumer relationships to assist with loan decisions
• Partner and manage relationships with consumers, Realtors, and other stakeholders to enhance referral opportunities and resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• Two years of mortgage origination or loan operations experience preferred
• Specialized mortgage lending courses preferred
• Candidate must register as a Mortgage Loan Originator with the NMLS
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of mortgage loan products, guidelines, and regulations preferred
